The Figure 9 Rope Tightener ends the hassle and frustration of tying knots and solves the problems of loosely secured loads. The ingeniously designed tool is made from high quality aluminium that is both lightweight and strong with the added benefit of being weather resistant.
High rope tension is easy to achieve and maintain while the release is also easily controlled to avoid sudden or dangerous unloading. The Figure 9 can be used in a vast range of applications where securing is the issue. Two different attachment methods - loop system and fixed end system. The loop system creates high tension without having to tie a knot and is ideal for awkward objects, securing a load in a vehicle such as a boot or use with roof rack for mattresses, ladders, furniture, sports gear etc.
Use the fixed-end system to attach the Figure 9 in the middle of the rope to hang a banner, secure a tarpaulin, tie a canoe to the top of a vehicle or tighten any rope with a fixed point anchor.
